As a Growth Engineer in Svenn, you'll play the main role in creating ideas and strategies for growth. This will be challenging, so to achieve this, we will give you team resources, support from our experienced Marketing and Product department, and the freedom to execute.
Who we're looking for:
The commercial skills are less important than being technically strong, experimental and data-driven, but feel free to arrive with all four. As a Growth Engineer in Svenn, you'll work on something completely different than the rest of engineering-team. You will focus entirely on growth metrics – signups, conversion-rates, and revenue, etc. In these projects, you will have to be dedicated to:
- Creating ideas and strategies for growth.
- Implementing those ideas and strategies.
- Measuring and evaluating those implementations.
What skills are we looking for:
- You have a business understanding and a strong interest in how growth loops and funnel metrics can drive results.
- We would love it if you have owned similar metrics before, or actively participated in developing these metrics.
- It is great if you have worked in Growth Teams and/or have practical experience working on a multidisciplinary SaaS-team in an agile manner.
- If you rock in the use of Next.js and JavaScript and love keeping up-to-date with the latest releases and features.
Most important:

Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Develop growth initiatives, experiment framework, and measurement for both.
- Build in “growth loops” into our product, that can drive sign-ups and exposure to the app.
- Building topclass landing pages in Next.js
- Optimizing the signup funnels.
- Running A/B tests on specific parts of the signup and activation funnel. Trying to improve the conversion rate and time to value.
- Building tools and systems for better product onboarding.
- Updating, maintaining and expanding our CMS-platform, Sanity.
